Swen has already given a FREE pdf for downloading. Certain books are better read in the original.

I moved pierreverte's post from the original French topic because it is better here in the English forum.

The original edition has Cusenier ads in it, they would have helped originally fund it, thus get placements in the recipes. Not uncommon. Not sure if Pernod-Ricard helped fund the reprint, just know the barman who translated it is the Pernod absinthe brand rep and whom also added his own mixing notes to each old recipe, which is interesting.
