What am I missing and which ones would you buy?

I've had all of these, the only ones I really liked enough to buy again are:

Meadow of love and Walton Waters, Leopold, and Pacifique. They are all very well-crafted. There is a new one on the scene that is exceptional, Ridge Verte. Ridge also makes a blanche I've heard good things about, but have not yet tried. Also, Gnostalgic has opened a new distillery, and is coming out with new Marteau, and as I understand it, some special recipes as well, at some point in the near future.
The Old World Spirits products are very unique, the verte is very forward in its cognac/brandy-like base, perhaps too much. It would be a stunning choice with a cigar however! Their blanche less so, and also might make for an interesting mixer, if you're into that kind of thing.

The Pacifique I've had, it was good but I wasn't sure if it was better than the rest.

Marteau has been promised for years now. I tried it long ago when it first was distilled outside America so I didn't include it. I don't think it has ever been produced in America.

I didn't see Ridge Verte online.

Ridge is new, and is just getting distribution. Really good stuff. Marteau finally has its own distillery, and will be produced by Gwydion himself.

The "American " list is okay and as one person on the French side of the forum noted, many months ago, that u.s. products do not ship to Europe for the most part. What part of u.s. regulations are getting in the way ? Or is it just simply costs shipping u.s. to europe ? I would gladly ship overseas to those here that would ask, should I contact DHL shipping as they seem to handle most of our packages coming from europe ? No expedited shipping please, you should have seen what it costs to ship BBQ. sauce.

While it can still be found for sale here and there, I don't believe Trillium is in production any longer. FWIW, I tried it once and I'd rate it a bit higher than the modern Pernod, but only just.

I recently had an evening of tasting 4 American vertes; Pacifique, Walton Waters, Ridge, and Leopold. All were quite wonderful, and I noticed how these latest batches
were some of the finest commercial vertes I've had. It's a shame our European friends can't easily enjoy these offerings.

A little extra watering goes a long way for me with the St. George, as it minimizes the slight sourness that it has. At this point, I'm content to call it an average absinthe that I wouldn't pay full cost for again, but which I wouldn't refuse a glass of, either. It'll be interesting to see if aging has much of an effect.
