Here's my favorite series of absinthe-related post cards...The Apache Gang leader, giving a lecture on thuggery, murder, burglary, and general naughtiness. I hope some of you will show your cards as well!

I suspended these in a frame between 2 panes of glass, with acid-free felt squares on the backs to hold them in place. This way, you can flip the frame over to view the backs. It's a nice way to present postcards, as long as you keep them out of direct light.

I love this antique chromo. It is a small advertising card from a boutique, with absinthe being presented as both a medicine, and a dangerous drink. I love that they sell hats, flowers, umbrellas, etc, and are warning us about
drinking absinthe!
